For women who want to have peace with food and their body and understand how to eat healthy so they can leave diets behind for good and nourish themselves with confidence.

A 3 month long (12 week), intimate program where I work closely with you to transform the way you approach eating healthy and then hold your hand and hold you accountable as you work through lessons and implementing new habits and strategies. It includes things like lessons, worksheets, recipes, weekly private coaching, as well as group coaching.
